City of Evanston Wayfinding

Evanston’s colorful wayfinding signage system was designed to direct visitors to commercial districts and related parking facilities throughout the city. In addition, civic, cultural, educational, historical, medical, and recreational destinations are highlighted. Nearly 250 gateway, directional, and guide signs lead motorists to destinations at every key intersection in the city and from all of the major traffic routes entering Evanston.
