Students work with image and text to create a type specimen page with “illustration” and text. They choose four different typefaces they have found interesting. Working with four elements: a large sample character, full typeface name, a complete setting of twenty-six letters (upper and lower case) and ten numbers, and a paragraph about the typeface, they create type specification pages for each typeface selected.
